Partner Challenge: National home apparel manufacturer struggles with sourcing challenges - Team needed to devise a way to lower return rates of products at big box retailer, or risk loosing national program. Products were resourced with revised return instructions to submit return claims directly to EDC facilities. EDC established web-based return and replace website with form-stack portal to field collate all customer return requests. Using data from crowd-sourced return files, EDC was able suss out which products were experience higher than normal break-rates. With this information in hand, home apparel manufacturer was able to rework product packaging with sourcing partners and fix the root of the return problems.

Partner Challenge: National luggage manufacturer races to be beat a costly import tariff. EDC collaborated with other in house partners as well as local real estate agents to lease short-term dead storage for bulk imported goods. Expanded facilities insured smooth and consistent operations as the rush to beat the clock ensued.

Partner Challenge: Small e-commerce shop struggles to scale. Newly branded home accessories startup was faltering with small staff and limited resources. EDC worked to integrate e-commerce store front with warehouse WMS, eliminating the shipping and fulfillment headaches. With details related to fulfillment left to EDC, the e-commerce startup was able to focus on their core functions and product sales.
